Muafakat Kekal Sdn Bhd Exposed! Who are they?

Muafakat Kekal Sdn Bhd, the developer of the infamous Palm Spring Damansara Condominium in Kota Damansara, is an enigma. I have tried to search and investigate this company to determine its genuinity in the property developement market and each time, the information is limited.

The Registrar of Company spilled the companies Directors' name just as indicated by the Company's staffs. But are the people behind the Company as it is on the paper? I think not. I seriously believe that there are more powerful people behind the Company, one that can shake any form of establishment. How can the weak build such sub-quality product and yet able to obtain certification of fitness for it? How can the weak blantantly disregard the very aspect of the professional ethics laid down by the representative of people? How can the weak overlook the welfare of the people without suffering any form consequences or repurcussion? How can the weak thrive in the market of laissez faire? Only the strong! And yes indeed there are people that we can call the "King Makers" maneouvouring the chess piece for higher gain and there are the Pawns that would share their names in the name of greed. But who are this "King Makers"? I will go on a personal crusade to track down this people. The market need to know who are they and then make them take responsibility of their actions.

I visited their office, Wisma Fumah in Kepong and was shocked to discover this "Developer" is infact developing many other projects around Klang Valley!! And under many other different Company. They are spreading their sub-standard product! They are pro-creating rubbish. I pity all the purchasers of their products. How many more are to be cheated like me. I urge all that are affected by this Company to congregate at their head-quarters in Kepong and check out the genuinity and capability of this "Developer". Many will be hurt in one year time, two years? When the product is delivered! Expect the product to be scaled down from its launching brouhaha.

Some of the list of Development that I found at their Head-Quarters in Kepong :

  1. Seksyen 7 Komersial under PCM Bina Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam;
  2. Li Garden in Kepong under Gallant Acres Sdn Bhd;

When one build homes, it is the nest egg of many. Some may have save a lifetime to purchase their dream home only to have their dream shattered by the few irresponsible greedy people. And why should they get away with it? That is a good question where all housebuyers, especially the house owners of Palm Spring Damansara, must answer! Why should Muafakat Kekal get away with supplying shoddy product to the market.

If the law does not punish such Developers then the Market must! Such irresponsible Developer should be put out of business to save housebuyers from being ever cheated again and also to teach any current or future Developer to act responsibly. Our Homes are not your game of chess board. We live in the property you build and it is our home.

I am sad that to date, no new actions have been filed by any house buyers against this Developer. I wish to remind all Palm Spring house owners, your rights are being trampled on. You all have been hoodwinked. Every little actions taken by you will make the journey to enlightenment much nearer. It will definitely make my crusade to ensure that "Developers" such as the one that hoodwink me into buying their homes do not get away without being punish.

What's next? More investigation......? Any information from the readership will help.

After reading from this blog, I feel that I ought to also highlight to readers here that there is another project by this same developer which was launched sometime last year. The name of the condominium project is Villa Putra and it's located somewhere in Setapak (near the former TAR college) and just adjacent to the Putra LRT station there. The project is handled by a company with another bumi name but with the same address as Muafakat Kekal Sdn Bhd. Buyers must be carefull....!

Do your homework more! You appear to be an amateur. Have you check who is Mr Lee Aik Chong? Go do that! Than you will know what I am talking about.

These are very common developers methods in carrying out real-estate development. If you are hurt by this particular developer then go sue them!

i do not have the problem you guys are facing. are you sure you talking about the same developer?? i shifted in to the condominnium in palm spring @Damansara last year december. So far i don't really see any leaks or big problem in my unit.Probably you guys are the only unlucky person. Try talk to the contractor i guess they might help you.

...you only higlighted a tip of the ice-berg. think of forming an action group? many juicy info...from the start to the end everything is screwed up...anyway at the very least, it is not an abondoned development...god bless...food for thought, they are not the only precedent in the market...

In that case, has any action been taken by any buyers? i do not think some people will simply lay down & be taken advantage of, mind you, we are talking about over 1000 buyers here. I believe some of them are professional who knows the in and out of construction. I certainlt appreciate any feedback and will be most happy to join in any workgroup to get back what we buyer deserve

Thay all so bad, coz my house at phase 1 sek 7, but i'm so angry becoz i'm my CF still pending. Although phase 2 already submitted to owner respectively. I don't know how the work. They promise to get CF before end of year 2007, but until now still pending. I'm very-very angry with them.

Hi, Same with me la, Seksyen 7, phase one, still no CF, but Bintang already up and running. What da f*** are they doing? I've called last time to one of their representative (ms june), you know what she said...."nasib baik siap, kalau tiang aje amacam?? (thank god it's finished, if we left only pillar for you, how?) another unlucky sec 7 owner...

there's a leaking pipe that caused a massive overflow and flooding in the 2nd bedroom..

as things were getting worse, the water has been flowing to the living room, causing more flood in the house..the water have even diffuse in the master bedroom's wall!!

Lodged a complaint at immediate effect (that was on saturday)..
guess what was their answer?..
the person in charge was on leave, he'll be back to work only on wednesday..and my house is full of flood!!..

is it reasonable for me to wait until wednesday to live with flood in my house?

i have enough of the HQ personnel, the supervisor, and even manager, call and text them, asking for immediate action, but as what is expected...please call the person in charge!!!
what the f**k!!

how can such a contractor having a bad rapport (sub-standard product, non-customer focus) can get more projects in hand?

WHO are this guy?..wish if the law can do something about them!!

For your info, Lee Aik Chong is also the (actual owner) behind all those covered up papers the owner of a public listed company called "Magna Prima Bhd" office at Palm Springs.

They have many projects pending at KLCC under "AVARE", Selayang Magnaville Apartments and Kepong Metro Prima.
